#Tim_Matthews_(Managing_Director)

Tim is an experienced communicator who specialises in providing advertising, marketing,
and strategic services to commercial and not-for-profit organisations. He is committed to
working with organisations which hold positive social values and make a responsible
contribution to society.

Prior to setting up Triumph, Tim was the Managing Director of Pilgrim Communications in
Australia and New Zealand, an Australian owned company that provided fundraising,
advertising, direct marketing, production and consultancy services. He began his working
life in Marketing at Unilever before taking on an Advertising Agency Account Manager’s
role at J. Walter Thompson.

In his career he has assisted a number of Australian organisations to embark on rapid
and profitable growth through the development and implementation of innovative and
effective marketing and communication programs. They include brands such as World
Vision, Anglicare, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, The Salvation Army and Amnesty International.

He is regarded as an authority on the marketing of not-for-profit organisations and has
been a sought after international speaker and trainer.





#Roy_Pons_(Creative_Director)


Roy is a creative director, strategic thinker and copywriter. Roy has an enviable record
of building strong emotional bonds between brands and consumers. Roy was
responsible for creating campaigns for brands such as Amnesty International (“Human
Rights Defenders”) and World Vision (Child Sponsorship) to Corporates such as AGL
Natural Gas, “The Living Flame”) and Jacob’s Creek (“Australia’s Top Drop”).

Roy is a former Creative Director of Pilgrim Communications and of Ogilvy & Mather,
and he part-owned the advertising agency Pond, Rice Ogilvy & Mather, in Adelaide.
As Creative Director of Pilgrim Communications, Roy’s creativity helped to build some
of Australia’s major charities as well as values-driven corporates such as Gloria Jean’s
Coffees.

Roy has won numerous creative awards and his work for World Vision won gold at the
International Mobius Awards for print and television.

Roy is a popular author whose latest archaeological thriller “The Smiting Texts” has been
recently released.




#David_Thomas_(Art_Director)



David is a Principal of Bug Communications, a respected local design company that has
an enviable list of clients. His experience ranges from complete corporate and branding
work to intricate direct mail, digital, multimedia, design and production projects.

David is also experienced in working in financial (Barclays Capital, St George Bank),
health (Fitness First) and not-for-profit markets (UNHCR, Anglicare), where customer –
relationship marketing skills are essential.

David leads a team of highly qualified and experienced design and production specialists.




#Sarita_England_(Client_Consultant)



Sarita assists Triumph’s clients with account service, creative problem solving, strategy
planning, writing and research.

Sarita is a qualified and trained journalist who after having worked for some of Sydney’s
top daily newspapers, moved to work with the Anglican Archbishop of Sydney’s Appeals
Unit where she developed further skills in production and campaign management.

Sarita is also a Board Member of Cranbrook school and serves on the Anglican Diocese’s
South Sydney Region Committee.




#Jocelyn_Kidson_(Client_Consultant)


Jocelyn assists Triumph clients with account service, research, developing value-added
solutions, and strategic planning.

Jocelyn worked at Arthur D Little in management consulting for a range of companies,
including GlaxoSmithKline, Victoria Electricity, and Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
She then completed an MBA and consulted briefly at Pilgrim Communications.

Following graduation, she worked at Telstra Corporation in marketing and human
resources where she further developed her capabilities in analysis, planning, and
marketing strategy and execution.
